Guest Lecture On Java Programming

On 18^th  2025 the Department of Electronics and Computer Engineering organized an engaging guest lecture on Java Programming, delivered by Ms. Sneha Sonalkar from BITS Techno, Kolhapur. The session focused on practical demonstrations of TCP and UDP client-server communication and the implementation of a proxy server using Java socket programming. Through live coding examples, students gained valuable insights into real-time data transmission, the differences between connection-oriented and connectionless protocols, and how proxy servers function in network communication. The session was highly interactive and enriched the students' understanding of core networking concepts in Java.
