Training and Placement Cell of  Ashokrao Mane Polytechnic  works with objective of  putting Ashokrao Mane Polytechnic on the Valuable list of all the top companies of India. Training of students and equipping them with life skills has become an important responsibility of the institution. Along with technical expertise, development of a holistic personality is also necessary. To meet out these requirements, a full fledged training cell is operating in our college to enhance the capabilities of Diploma holders on par with the industry standards. At AMP emphasis is placed on the all-round development of the students. The training beings in the first year of diploma and continues till the final year. The programs in the first year focus on self development and communication skills. In the second year the focus moves on to effective self management skills such as time management, stress management, goal setting and decision making. The final year focuses on the student making a successful transition from college to corporate life. The programs in the final year include interview skills, leadership & teamwork, inter-cultural communication and business etiquettes.

The Placement & Training Cell functions with the primary aim of placing students in top-notch companies even before they have completed their courses and with this aim students of AMP have achieved good placements at Multinational companies like TATA Motors, John Deere, L & T, BOSCH, Mahindra and Mahindra, Wipro, Tata Consulting Engineering ,Mercedes-Benz India. Etc. Placement cell have also arranged mega pool Campus recruitment drive for various organizations.
